As part of our career support to trainees, we took our current welding trainees (Level 2) to visit NAMCOL, where they can continue their careers if they complete and pass their course.
We also took them to visit the City of Windhoek maintenance department to have exposure to the world of work. They were able to see industrial machines and the maintenance work that the City of Windhoek team was involved in.
