On the 11 September 2018, learners from 8 schools in Otjiwarongo participated in a Quiz Festival at the Swanevelder Hall. 
The schools that attended are:

Each school nominated 2 participants, who competed in the following categories: Spelling bee, Math quiz and Science Fair.
The winners of each category received Gold, Silver and Bronze medals respectively.
