Our Vision
Be an inclusive institution responsive to the training and developmental needs of the general public with special emphasis on the marginalized youth.
Our Mission
KAYEC Trust exists to provide affordable quality training and holistic development to the general public with special emphasis on the marginalized school youth, through Psycho-social Support and market-driven vocational skills training in order to enable them to be socially, emotionally and financially self-reliant.
Our Goal
To empower the incoming generations of youthful leaders we have in Namibia by teaching and training them to have the necessary facilities in order to become job creators and not job seekers. Not only that but here at KAYEC we encourage mental health awareness and treat everyone as family.
“You are not given a name by accident. Each and everyone of you is wonderfully and uniquely named. You have a purpose. You are made by design.”
